Our hearts go out to everyone who has been impacted by the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We wanted to let you know during these challenging times how much we care about each of YOU – our customers, our RIVA team members, our retail partners and all RIVA enthusiasts who make up our awesome community.
Given global concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to personally reach out and share the extra precautions RIVA Motorsports is taking to keep our customers and RIVA team members safe.
The health and safety of everyone in our RIVA community comes first, and we wanted to share a few updates as they stand now in this rapidly changing situation.
We are carefully monitoring the recommendations of governmental health agencies, such as the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health organizations. We have elevated our stringent cleaning and sanitation protocol. We are frequently disinfecting often touched surfaces such as door handles, counter tops, keypads, and restroom surfaces. We also have Purrell dispensers throughout the store, and have just installed free standing stations near doorways.
We have educated our RIVA team on COVID-19 symptoms as well as preventive measures. The team has been instructed to wash their hands frequently, which has been proven by the CDC to be the most effective preventative measure. As of now we are not aware of any team member contracting COVID-19. We have implemented guidelines that instruct any team member who may develop symptoms or come into contact with an infected individual to stay home and follow the CDC’s instructions. We have also implemented a policy with our team that if they travel by air, cruise, or attend large gatherings that they must self-quarantine for 14 days before coming back to work.
The health and safety of our customers and team members are our top priority and we’re committed to doing our part to help keep you safe.
