Sales:

  • Assistance of capable and knowledgeable Sales Consultant
  • Expect that all advertising is truthful and factual
  • Full disclosure of all details relating to your purchase
  • Explanation and comprehensive lesson on how to operate your vehicle
  • All our vehicles are properly prepped, inspected, and tested before delivery
  • Delivery on a timely manner as scheduled
  • Explanation of maintenance and warranties on all vehicles

Service:

  • Courteous and friendly staff when bringing your vehicle in for service
  • Assistance of a knowledgeable Service Advisor
  • Explanation of maintenance and repairs, including a complete repair estimate's time and cost
  • Provided with a list of all charges, including warranty and retail work
  • Approval of any changes in the repair work, before additional work is performed
  • Repair work done right the first time by knowledgeable, experienced, and trained technicians
  • Work completed when promised and delivered (if applicable) in a timely manner

Parts:

  • Assistance of a capable and knowledgeable Parts Consultant
  • Availability of parts and accessories, in stock, for your vehicle
  • Communication on all parts and accessory special orders
  • Fair and reasonable return policy on parts and accessory purchases

  • Honest and consistent treatment of all out customers without discrimination
  • Respectful, professional, and courteous responses to all product questions
